One of the exciting features of our Moodle is a new consolidated login system called CAS Authentication. This means that once you sign in to Moodle, you will also be signed in to other GSLIS supported products like the Confluence wiki. In order to use the CAS Authentication, you will need to have cookies enabled in your browser.

Cookies, in addition to being tasty treats, are small packets of information used by web servers to identify and remember computers - and, by extension - their users.  While many cookies are used for positive reasons, such as in shopping baskets for online merchants, cookies can also be used in negative or intrusive ways.  You can control the way cookies are handled using your web browser's settings or preferences.  You can generally set broad cookie permissions that apply to all sites, or selectively allow cookies on certain trusted sites, or a combination of these two options.
